Payroll and WPS Administration

WWH helps you manage your payroll by:

  • Paying employee salaries, benefits and relevant allowances in a timely fashion as required by Qatar Labor Law.
  • Resolving issues that may occasionally arise regarding employee salaries, benefits and taxes.

Wage Protection System

WWH is experienced in the use of Qatar’s Wage Protection System (WPS). It is an automated wage payment system established by the Central Bank of Qatar and the Labour Ministry to ensure that salaries are paid in a timely and complete manner via a database. The relatively new system enables companies and organizations, through banks and financial institutions approved and authorized by the Central Bank to pay salaries to employees.

HR Administrative Tasks

WWH will perform other HR Administrative tasks such as:

  • Creating/updating employee handbooks and policy manuals
  • Forming and maintaining employee records
  • Updating databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave
  • Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides 

Training and Development

WWH is responsible for the organization’s staff training requirements, programs, and career development needs. We will supervise training staff, plan and administer training seminars, and manage conflict resolution, team building, and employee skill evaluations.
